A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated ETL Developer for our client in the McLean, Virginia area.
Overview:
The ETL Developer builds and supports enterprise-scale data pipelines used for analytics, reporting, and application integration.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain ETL workflows feeding analytics and operational systems.
- Optimize pipelines for scalability and reliability.
- Perform data validation, profiling, and quality checks.
- Support integration of multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of ETL development or data engineering experience.
- Strong SQL expertise including tuning, indexing, and stored procedures.
- Experience with tools like Informatica, Talend, DataStage, SSIS, Glue, or ADF.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
- Experience troubleshooting failures and data quality issues.
- Cloud data integration experience preferred.
