A recognized services organization in Colorado is looking to add a new Quality Assurance Analyst to join their growing team.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite 2 days per week.***

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to identify software defects.
Analyze and document bugs found during testing, ensuring clear communication of issues.
Collaborate with software developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
Re-test patched software to confirm defect resolution and verify no new issues arise.
Maintain detailed records of test results and provide comprehensive reports.
Coach team members on managing testing tools, reporting results, and implementing process improvements.
Continuously develop new tests to ensure software quality and performance.
Qualifications:
2-5 years in software quality assurance or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to motivate and guide team members toward process improvement.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and defect tracking systems
