Pulmonologist

A health services network in South Jersey is currently seeking a licensed Pulmonologist for a promising opportunity at one of their facilities in Cape May.

About the Opportunity:

• Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient mix
• Schedule: Monday to Friday standard business
• Call: Rotated call

Responsibilities:

The Pulmonologist will:

• Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations related to respiratory symptoms
• Evaluate patients with breathing difficulties, chronic cough, chest pain, and other respiratory issues
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Analyze and interpret laboratory results to aid in diagnosis
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on the diagnosis
• Prescribe appropriate medications
• Manage chronic respiratory diseases
• Provide education on disease management and lifestyle adjustments
• Manage patients in critical condition
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New Jersey
• Board Certified / Eligible in Pulmonology
