About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7:45am to 3:15pm
- Setting: Preschool
Responsibilities:
- Providing occupational therapy services to preschool children
- Evaluating and assessing motor and sensory skills
- Implementing therapy strategies and documenting progress
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members
- Communicating with families regarding student progress
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program
- NYS Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Ability to manage physical tasks such as lifting children
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Team collaboration skills
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Desired Skills:
- Master's Degree
- Bilingual
- Experience working with the Pediatric population
- Experience with interdisciplinary teams
