Apply now!A day in the life:Create unique and robust search strategies to identify top talent within the Healthcare industry. Coordinate the full lifecycle recruitment process from candidate sourcing, interviewing, to offer/negotiation. Build out talent networks by developing prospects into qualified candidates through continued engagement and relationship building.Collaborate with clients to fully understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance based on job market.Maintain applicant tracking system and use all resources to find best candidates for assigned searches. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal pay parity relative to other Tandym employees. Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
