Dishwasher/Food Prep

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to support our busy kitchen operations. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food service, hospitality, and culinary arts. The position involves maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a smooth flow of kitchen activities in a fast-paced environment. Duties

• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables and maintaining the dining area’s cleanliness during service
• Help with basic food handling and safety procedures in accordance with health regulations
• Aid in setting up banquet or catering events as needed
• Ensure all kitchen areas are sanitized and organized throughout shifts
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and efficient service flow

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, hotel, or hospitality environments preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation, cleaning protocols, and food handling safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if required
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks such as lifting and cleaning
