Role Description
This is a full-time Director New Business Development role located on-site in Toledo, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Director of New Business Development will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. They will develop and execute on creative and effective sales strategies, oversee business planning, and manage contract negotiation and account management. The Director of New Business Development will also focus on lead generation to drive company revenue growth.

- Lead Generation skills with a demonstrated ability to drive new business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
