Team of 5. Backed by Tribe Capital, K5, and former Looker founders.Market contextIn a few years, every company will have have AI copilots in their product, helping their users. It's a market of $100s bn in revenues. Excellent product companies have already started (Notion, Hubspot, Airtable, Zapier, etc.). Tandem will spearhead the initiative for the others.The roleWe're hiring our first growth person. You'll report directly to the CEO (based in SF) and own demand generation end-to-end. Sales and SDR are covered - you're the engine that feeds them qualified opportunities. Your north star: 50 qualified demos per month.What you'll own:Demo generation: Design and execute strategies to fill the pipeline. Own the full funnel from awareness to booking.Brand & content: Build Tandem's presence across LinkedIn, X, communities. Create content that converts — written, visual, video. Run launches (Product Hunt, etc.). Manage CEO's LinkedIn/X presence.Growth infrastructure: Set up the marketing tech stack, tracking, SEO/SEM, paid channels, website optimization.Strategic initiatives: Partnerships, marketing events/webinars, influencer relationships, new channel experimentation. Eventually build your own team.Who you areFormer founder strongly preferred. You've felt the chaos before and it energizes you.A content machine: You write copy that converts. You're comfortable with Figma/Canva/basic video. You've run successful launches.AI-native: You use AI tools daily but know when not to. You understand AI buyers.Technically savvy: You get SEO, SEM, analytics, tracking. You can hack things together with no-code tools.Obsessed about the problem space: You genuinely care about how people experience software. You'd be thinking about this problem even if you didn't get the job.3-7 years in growth, content, or GTM.
