Position Overview
The Learning & Development Administrator supports the Learning & Development team by maintaining accurate training records and ensuring compliance across all training platforms. This role manages active employee rosters within systems such as Alchemy and Redzone, tracking progress and ensuring completion of required training within established deadlines. Additionally, the Administrator coordinates and schedules training sessions to support ongoing development initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
The Learning & Development Administrator supports the Learning & Development team by maintaining accurate training records and ensuring compliance across all training platforms. This role manages active employee rosters within systems such as Alchemy and Redzone, tracking progress and ensuring completion of required training within established deadlines. Additionally, the Administrator coordinates and schedules training sessions to support ongoing development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with OpEx Manager, Quality Team and Leadership Team to implement a corporate training strategy that is aligned with quality standards and performance goals
- Assist with the creation and uploading of training courses in Redzone/Alchemy
- Assist with scheduling and tracking employee training via Redzone/Alchemy
- Develop and maintain electronic folders for training documentation for site employees
- Assist with preparing and organizing documentation for site audits
- Filing of training documentation
- Front desk activities – answering door, greeting guests, receiving packages, etc.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with site management and employees to help facilitate support of Tandem’s training program
- Assist with planning and preparing for all training events
- Develop and deliver training reports and provide OpEx Manager with required information to create corporate level reports
- Highschool diploma required
- 0-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented with strong follow-up and follow-through skills
- Proven ability to leverage technology to improve performance
- Proficiency in computer programs including Outlook and Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel)
