Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Reception / Office Duties:
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, check voicemail, transfer calls, and relay messages promptly.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring proper sign-in and notifying appropriate departments.
- Receive incoming deliveries and prepare outgoing packages (e.g., FedEx).
- Operate office equipment such as fax, scanner, and copier
- Maintain cleanliness of reception and break room areas daily
- Support supervisors with administrative tasks including mailing, labels, deposits, errands, and other assigned duties.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering inventory and coordinating service requests.
- Sort, date-stamp, distribute, and scan daily mail for all TDX companies, ensuring secure handling.
- Reserve conference rooms for meetings.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Provide direct administrative support to HR operations.
- Answer employees generic HR questions
- Schedule and co-facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
- Respond to applicant inquiries regarding application statu
- Assist with general HR tasks as assigned.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to type 30 wpm accurately.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience.
- Ability to use a calculator.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs..
- Ssecretary/receptionist experience.
- Human Resources experience .
