What You'll Do
In this entry-level role, you'll provide essential administrative and front-office support, including:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a professional, friendly manner
- Managing a multi-line phone system and directing calls appropriately
- Monitoring office access and maintaining visitor logs or appointments
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail
- Supporting escrow staff with document preparation, file organization, and appointment scheduling
- Assisting with assembling transaction packages and maintaining records
What You Bring
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfort working in a structured, task-oriented environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to follow procedures, interpret basic documents, and complete routine reports
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or office environment is preferred but not required
