Poke clerks work in the food service area of the store. May cut and make Poke from provided recipe. They serve customers who purchase poke and other food products in the poke department, weigh & price customer purchases, and accept payment for customer purchases. Must be 21 years old or older. This position may help cashier on the Market side from time to time (liquor sales), per the store needs.
