Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, take their orders efficiently, and serve food and beverages promptly using SpotOn POS system.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including processing payments via POS systems
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and fostering positive guest relations throughout their visit.
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems for efficient order entry and payment processing.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours.
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred
- Effective communication skills for guest relations, team collaboration, and customer service excellence.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, check splitting, and transaction processing.

Pay: $300.00 - $500.00 per week
