As an entry level Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in helping us achieve our sales goals while delivering outstanding service. We offer pest control solutions to current and future customers across the Tampa area. Key Entry Level Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers, professionally addressing concerns and offering solutions through our products and services
- Serve as a liaison between clients and consumers to facilitate new service enrollments
- Maintain a personable yet professional demeanor in all customer interactions
- Share product knowledge and upgrade opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with a dynamic customer service and sales team in a team-oriented environment to improve sales metrics
- Accurately document customer information and service enrollments for record-keeping and compliance
- Provide timely follow-ups with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues
- Stay informed about the latest product offerings, Pest Control industry trends, and competitor activity to provide well-rounded customer insights
- Assist with troubleshooting and support for any customer service inquiries related to service setups or upgrades
- Actively contribute to the team by sharing customer feedback and insights to improve overall processes
Qualifications We Look For In An Entry Level Outside Sales Representative:
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Previous experience in enrollment, customer service, sales, client relations, or a similar client-facing role is highly valued
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly, effectively, and professionally to a variety of customers
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining customer and client relationships
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail when handling customer accounts and service records
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think on your feet and provide solutions in real-time
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in product offerings or customer needs
- Team-oriented attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively and share knowledge with colleagues
- Reliable transportation to and from work
