Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new customers through calls, drop-ins, networking, and outreach
- Develop relationships with facility managers, property managers, contractors, and business owners
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate fire/life safety service solutions
- Prepare pricing proposals with support from senior team members
- Assist with upselling and expanding service programs for existing customers
- Participate in seminars, demonstrations, trade shows, and community events to generate leads
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunities in the CRM
- Collaborate closely with the service team to support customer satisfaction and onboarding
- Represent CSI professionally in the field, helping drive visibility and brand awareness
- 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role, or a strong interest in launching a career in construction sales
- Comfortable talking to people and initiating conversations
- Strong work ethic and willingness to spend time in the field
- Positive, coachable, and motivated to grow in a sales career
- Interest in fire/life safety, low voltage systems, or commercial building services
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
