Position Summary
Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a high-growth healthcare organization of over 600 employees. This role is responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies, partnering with leadership, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality hiring experience across clinical and administrative functions.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles across multiple departments
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person methods
- Manage and optimize job postings across multiple platforms to attract top talent
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and position control within ATS systems
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate experience
- Analyze hiring trends, pipeline activity, and turnover to support workforce planning
- Assist in developing and updating job descriptions to align with organizational needs
- Represent TFHC at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and all applicable employment laws
- Support broader HR initiatives and projects as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience working within ADP or similar ATS platforms
