Position Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a Talent Acquisition focus will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, driving workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and talent initiatives. This role combines business partnership responsibilities with deep expertise in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective sourcing plans.
- Leverage data and market insights to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics.
2. Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR matters, including recruitment, benefits, compensation, performance management and succession planning.
- Collaborate with managers to identify talent gaps and implement solutions.
3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Enhance employer brand through social media, career site optimization, and employee advocacy.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
4. Diversity & Inclusion
- Drive inclusive hiring practices and support diversity initiatives.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Use data to forecast hiring needs and measure effectiveness of talent strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in Talent Acquisition.
- HR credentials preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Media Industry experience preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic actions.
- Local candidate preferred.
