Street Team Member - Tampa Bay Rays & Rowdies

The Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Rowdies are looking for energetic, dependable, and fan-focused individuals to join our Street Team. As a Street Team Member, you’ll help execute the marketing and community activation efforts that connect the Rays and Rowdies with fans across the region.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Represent the Rays and Rowdies at community events, festivals, watch parties, and other team events.
• Promote ticket offers, ticket packages, game promotions, community programs, Kids Club, special events, and other initiatives.
• Assist with events such as Fan Fest, Running with the Rays 5K, Opening Day, Postseason events, watch parties, parades, and other marketing events.
• Support game-day operations, including staffing the Rays Rookies Kids Club kiosk and assisting with promotions.
• Set up, operate, and tear down event equipment, including games, inflatables, tents, promotional displays, and other activation materials.
• Drive Street Team vehicles to transport event equipment and supplies when assigned.
• Keep event inventory clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Assist with other marketing and event-related duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience

• Promotions, marketing, events, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in promotions or event marketing is a plus.
• Experience working with children and families is a plus.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must reside in the Greater Tampa Bay area.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from events.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Availability to work on weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible event schedules.
