Job Description – Social Media Marketing Specialist
A luxury, award-winning holistic beauty brand is seeking a highly reliable, dynamic and proactive professional to join the Marketing Team (part-time or full-time) as the Social Media Manager. Candidate should have strong communications and creative skills as well as experience in filming and editing natively via iPhone.
Location: West Palm Beach (Local candidate required.)
Content Planning, Creation & Strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute cohesive social media strategies aligned with all brand initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
- Create monthly content calendars that highlight brand priorities, seasonal stories, product launches, events, and cultural trends.
- Develop visually compelling photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other brand-owned channels, including paid social.
- Design engaging digital assets such as reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills suited to a luxury brand aesthetic.
- Coordinate and manage social media shoots, including creative direction, styling, props, models, and locations.
- Write social media copy that reflects the brand’s refined, authentic, and holistic voice.
- Contribute creative ideas and inspiration during team brainstorming sessions.
Social Media Management
- Schedule, publish, and maintain content across Instagram (feed, reels, stories), Facebook, TikTok, and additional social platforms.
- Monitor engagement and audience conversations to nurture a connected and supportive online community.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.
- Stay informed on emerging social trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate brand presence.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand objectives and storytelling direction.
- Identify and support high-performing content for paid social campaigns.
Community Engagement
• Respond thoughtfully to messages, comments, and community interactions across all platforms.
• Engage with aligned wellness, beauty, and lifestyle communities to foster authentic connections.
- Identify and collaborate with micro-influencers and content creators to expand brand reach, increase awareness, and cultivate meaningful partnerships.
