SUMMARY
The Parking Attendant will direct guests to park their vehicles and perform safe and efficient operation of parking guest vehicles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Report to work on time, groomed in a becoming and tasteful manner, in full uniform.
· Provide excellent customer service to guests, property owners, homeowners, club members and fellow employees. Safely direct Tamarack Resort LLC guests when they arrive to parking their vehicles.
· Communicate effectively and in a respectful manner with guests regarding resort information, concerns.
· Clean and maintain parking lots and report any maintenance requirements immediately.
· Accurately maintain parking lot banks, keep records and completed forms with totals.
· Complete the setup and takedown of the parking signs and cones on a daily basis.
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven problem-solving skills.

· Must be over 15 years of age.
· Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
· Valid driver’s License.
· Flexible to rotation schedule hours and early morning work.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

· Frequent walking, standing, and talking in both noisy and quiet locations.
· Important to be able to hear and speak in noisy and quiet surroundings continuously.
· Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling squatting, twisting/turning from waist and pushing/pulling objects both with and without wheels.
· Will be working with hands and fingers and lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds horizontally and vertically on a regular basis.
