RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and supervisors, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Support full-cycle recruitment for seasonal and year-round roles, including job postings, onboarding, and orientation.
- Administer HR programs including benefits, leave management, and employee housing coordination.
- Assist individuals applying for employment; respond to unsolicited and solicited application informing applicant of available openings, status of recruitment, and housing.
- Answer and route incoming HR phone calls, providing timely and professional assistance or directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state (Idaho), and local employment laws and company policies.
- Assist with investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee concerns or disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Support training initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture across departments.
- Provide on-site HR coverage during weekends and peak operational periods.
- 2–4 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role; hospitality or resort experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes weekends, occasional evenings, and any additional resort events as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
