Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Eagle, ID. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, leading recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
The role includes coordinating employee benefits, handling benefits-related inquiries, and supporting compliance with employment laws and company procedures. The Human Resources Generalist will provide guidance to managers and team members on HR processes, develop, train on and support performance management activities, and contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices, including experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Skills in HR Management and implementation of HR Policies to support consistent and compliant people practices.
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and communication with employees and vendors.
- Ability to interpret and apply employment laws and regulations; experience with HR compliance and recordkeeping is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with HRIS systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience in industrial, construction, or logistics environments is advantageous, along with a commitment to safety and inclusive workplace practices.
