SUMMARY
Front Desk Office Administrator will greet and engage all walk-ins, answer questions about Tamarack Resort and provide a general overview of Tamarack Resort's operations and real estate offerings. Inquiries about real estate will be handed off to Tamarack's real estate team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Operate as a sales representative, matching guests' needs to the correct product including season passes, and up sale resort recreational offerings.
- Ensure Tamarack Resort standards of service are always delivered.
- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to walk ins and office guests.
- Keep office front neat and orderly, restock sales materials and office supplies, and inform manager when items need to be ordered.
- Answer phones, transfer calls, check messages and manage emails.
- Enter guest registrations in CRM (A-360/Lasso).
- Schedule tours.
- Scrub leads in CRM.
- Fully understand and be able to properly utilize all sales functions on the Tamarack Resort ticketing system.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Prior work experience with a ski resort, seasonal business and/or the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
