CLUB MANAGER

The Club at Tamarack is the elite club for homeowners at Tamarack. Our homeowners are the fabric of the Tamarack community, forming lasting friendships with each other. For that reason, we’ve designed an experience specifically for the homeowners that brings new amenities, opportunities, and experiences to enhance everything you love about the resort and the community.
At Tamarack, our mission is to deliver exceptional hospitality and enhance the overall Club experience for our Members. As Club Manager, you will be the welcoming face of the Club—greeting Members and their guests with warmth and professionalism.
In this leadership role, you’ll oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the Club, ensuring every detail meets Tamarack’s high standards of service. Your background in hospitality and management will be key to creating memorable experiences and fostering a welcoming, refined atmosphere for all who visit.
Overview
With genuine care and a deep understanding of our Members' expectations, you will support the Club Director and Event Manager across a wide range of responsibilities. Your strong communication and exceptional organizational skills will help ensure seamless service, both during day-to-day operations and special events. Your role is essential in creating an outstanding experience for our Members each time they visit the Club.

Duties
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the Club Lounge, including procurement of supplies, food, and beverages; conduct regular inventory; and generate reports to ensure operations remain within budget.
- Collaborate with the Event Manager to schedule and execute all Club events, including staffing coordination, setup, and teardown.
- Streamline bar operations and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Train, mentor, and provide ongoing support to bartenders and Club staff.
- Participate in weekly Club Marketing meetings to communicate needs for promotional collateral or other support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during events hosted in the Club Lounge, as needed.
- Manage staff scheduling, assist the Director with team member evaluations, and support performance development.
- Handle all HR-related documentation, including employee onboarding, payroll, and tipsheet submissions.
- Lead monthly hospitality training sessions to reinforce service excellence and Tamarack standards for all Club staff.
- Utilize strong communication skills to clearly convey priorities to the Director, staff, and other departments.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the value and experience of the Club.
- Consistently deliver impeccable hospitality and lead by example in all interactions.

- Five years’ previous experience in hospitality field, preferably in a resort or club setting with a working knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including Weekday Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in English both written and oral.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Window applications required.
- Must possess a professional presentation.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm, and courteous at all times.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Adaptability to changes in work environment and able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
- Must enjoy working and interacting with the public.
