What You’ll Do

Deliver Elevated Member Experiences

• Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, creating an immediate sense of belonging
• Recognize member preferences whenever possible and anticipate needs with thoughtful, personalized service
• Ensure every interaction reflects Tamarack’s private club service standards

Bring Signature Events to Life

• Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of club events with precision and care
• Execute event details seamlessly by following Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and leadership direction
• Monitor event flow and proactively respond to member needs throughout each experience

Maintain an Impeccable Club Environment

• Ensure all club spaces remain polished, organized, and member-ready at all times
• Perform light housekeeping and space resets to uphold luxury presentation standards
• Take ownership of details that elevate the overall member experience

Support Operational Excellence

• Work collaboratively with Club and Event Managers to ensure flawless execution
• Stay proactive and self-directed, identifying opportunities to improve service and support the team
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism and composure

Qualifications

• 2 years of hospitality or customer service experience (private club, resort, luxury hotel, restaurant, or event service preferred)
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards preferred
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds
• Professional appearance and polished presence
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications preferred
