Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager located in Pasco, WA. The Assistant Property Manager will support the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, including leasing activities, resident relations, financial reporting, and maintenance coordination. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, preparing budgets, addressing tenant inquiries, and assisting with property marketing and retention efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of property management and leasing practices
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for resident and tenant relations
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collection
- Ability to coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions
- Experience with property marketing and tenant retention strategies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field is preferred
- 2 years of experience in property management or a related field is beneficial
