Direct Program Support
- Partner with the Affiliate Network and Direct Program Lead to manage partner recruitment, optimization, and ongoing engagement.
- Execute a high-volume recruitment strategy (targeting up to 10,000 partners per week).
- Monitor recruitment funnel performance, including outreach volume, sign-up rates, and partner engagement; iterate strategies based on results.
- Test and optimize recruitment channels (e.g., Instagram DMs, email) using creator platforms and tools to identify the most effective paths to conversion.
- Own onboarding goals, including:
- Onboarding 24,000 creators by December 2026
- Activating 12,000 creators who generate clicks
- Driving 4,800 creators to convert at least one sale
- Support the collective goal of generating $11M in annual gross merchandise sales through the Direct program.
- Maintain and manage the creator database and dashboards in partnership with external platform providers and account services teams.
- Ensure all new creators receive a monthly welcome gift.
- Coordinate with fulfillment partners to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Identify opportunities to expand gifting initiatives, such as birthday or milestone-based gifting.
- Partner with the Direct Program Lead and Merchandising team to design monthly incentive programs creators can opt into.
- Ensure participating creators are eligible for paid usage rights and incorporated into paid media campaigns.
- Schedule and organize incentive campaigns in alignment with the annual merchandising calendar (e.g., seasonal promotions).
- Maintain a full-year incentive and paid campaign calendar.
- Stay current on platform trends (e.g., Meta, TikTok) to inform campaign strategy and amplify paid performance.
- Segment creators into performance-based cohorts as the program matures.
- Develop incentive structures that reward top performers and milestone achievements.
- Ensure there is at least one paid campaign available for creators to opt into each month.
- Analyze real-time performance data, generate reports independently, identify trends, and optimize program strategy accordingly.
- Produce and distribute monthly performance reports for the Direct program.
- Lead creator education initiatives, including:
- Quarterly onboarding webinars for new creators
- Targeted webinar programming for different creator cohorts (e.g., new creators, top performers, gifting participants)
- Source, vet, and manage creators and affiliates for paid media content across TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Meta.
- Identify high-performing and emerging creators using performance data, platform insights, and trend analysis.
- Manage creator relationships end-to-end, including outreach, negotiation, contracts, gifting, and creative briefing.
- Collaborate closely with the Paid Social Lead and agency partners to align on campaign calendars and ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality content.
- Build relationships with creators in key international markets to support paid media expansion efforts.
- Coordinate with Paid Social teams to execute paid opportunities within partner platforms.
- Support CRM initiatives, including brand and copy requests for email campaigns.
- Assist with CRM platform migration, ensuring audiences, data, and foundational setup are properly configured.
- Monitor inbound creator support inquiries and collaborate with internal and external support teams to improve processes and documentation.
