🔍 What You’ll Do
As a Health & Safety Intern, You Will
- Assist in developing and standardizing Emergency Action Plans for all store locations
- Support the creation and rollout of a Safety Public Announcement Video Project across stores
- Review and ensure all Safety Manuals are current, accurate, and compliant
- Partner on safety training initiatives and project implementations
- Help reinforce a culture of safety through communication and engagement efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with store teams and leadership
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Occupational Health & Safety, HR, Business, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in retail operations and workplace safety
- Hands-on, real-world experience with impactful projects
- Exposure to multi-site retail operations
- Opportunity to contribute to company-wide safety initiatives
- Work alongside experienced HR and Safety professionals
