🔍 What You’ll Do
As An HR & Recruiting Intern, You Will
- Support recruiting initiatives, including the development of a college tour program and campus outreach strategies
- Create and standardize HR templates such as job postings, onboarding materials, and internal communications
- Assist with employee engagement and well-being initiatives, including planning activities and events
- Help build and maintain basic HR dashboards and reports (recruiting, engagement, and workforce metrics)
- Draft and support employee communications, including announcements, newsletters, and campaigns
- Assist with updating and maintaining HR documents, processes, and materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR and people-related projects
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in employee engagement, company culture, and people development
- Comfortable working with data, Excel, or dashboards (a plus, not required)
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Hands-on experience working on real HR projects that make an impact
- Exposure to multi-site retail operations and hiring strategies
