Talos Energy is looking for a Production Services Technician to support the implementation of a fully integrated daily data project communication system using SiteView and WellView. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interaction with a diverse range of individuals, including employees and site contractors, both individually and in group settings. The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities is essential. The Production Services Technician will report to the Production Services Lead.

- Assist in maintaining the SiteView and WellView databases, including system and user administration.
- Monitor, verify, and assist the management of the production of Daily Activity Reports (DAR) for Production Wellwork, Asset Retirement, Facilities, Construction operations, and Drilling & Completions.
- Integrate data from other systems, such as well data, AFE (Authorization for Expenditure), and the Cost detail report into the system.
- Create ad-hoc reports, build queries, and perform data analysis.
- Help develop training materials and manuals.
- Provide technical support and training for GOA Operations.
- 3-8 years of experience as an Engineering Technician in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
- Detail oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage information, time, and prioritize tasks for maximum efficiency.
- Must be able to multitask and work independently to meet critical deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to cooperate and collaborate effectively with others.
- Experience with the following software programs is a plus: WellView, SiteView, PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel, Spotfire, and Visio.
- There are no certificates, licenses or registrations required for this position.
- Employee must be able to sit for extended periods of time and have use of arms and hands in repetitive motion. A fair amount of standing and walking is also required for the position.
