About the Opportunity
We're partnering with a growing warehouse automation specialist headquartered in Europe that is expanding its North American service team.
With a strong customer base across logistics, cold storage, and manufacturing, they're looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician to support, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated crane and warehouse automation systems throughout the United States.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and servicing of automated crane and ASRS systems
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls-related faults
- Support preventative maintenance activities
- Respond to customer breakdowns and service requests
- Coordinate with remote PLC specialists for advanced controls troubleshooting
- Manage customer claims and spare parts requirements when based in the Denver office
- Travel extensively throughout North America supporting customer sites
- Work directly with major global customers across warehousing and logistics environments
