Candidates should possess strong technical proficiency with .NET, C#, and SQL, with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience. Demonstrated experience with Radzen Blazor or other UI frameworks such as React is highly preferred, especially for developing UI components and data grids. The role involves front-end and back-end development, with the front end approximately 50% complete, and requires excellent communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ideal candidates will have experience working with on-premises environments, IIS, and virtual machines. Knowledge of SSIS is a plus. Candidates should be agile, innovative, and eager to collaborate on a fast-paced project.
