Required Skills:
- 5 years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Expertise in C# / .NET / .NET Core / .NET 6 .
- Strong SQL Server proficiency, including complex querying, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and scalable backend architectures.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, including debugging and troubleshooting.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with microservices and SOA architectures.
- Cloud experience, specifically with AWS services.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Agile methodologies.
- Industry experience in insurance or financial services sectors.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, primarily 2 days per week.
