Required Skills:
- Proven experience as an SDET or test automation engineer with a strong focus on Java and Selenium.
- Expertise in AI-driven test case identification and automation techniques.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, and SQL for test scripting and validation.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks (UI, API, backend).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket.
- Ability to manage test data, environments, and dependencies effectively.
- Working understanding of Agile methodologies and collaboration with development teams.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in capital markets or financial services domain.
- Knowledge of AI/ML techniques applied to testing.
- Agile tools such as JIRA and Micro Focus ALM.
- Familiarity with performance testing and non-functional testing types.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3 years of relevant experience in automation testing, preferably within financial or risk management sectors.
