- Own the setup and operation of 2- and 3-axis CNC horizontal lathes.
- Put your Fanuc control know-how to work and refine programs with G-code edits.
- Transform blueprints and GD&T callouts into repeatable, in-tolerance results.
- Verify first-piece and production dimensions with trusted measuring instruments and gages.
- Partner in a tight-knit, team-based environment where quality is everyone’s job.
- Enhance flow when bar feeders are in play (bar feeding experience is a plus).
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of hands-on CNC lathe setup and operation experience.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.
- Blueprint literacy with practical GD&T understanding (preferred).
The Work Structure
- Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift.
- Reporting: Directly to the Shop President.
- Pay: extremely competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
