Talon Hiring Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Claims Billing Analyst. In this role, you’ll play a key part in reviewing and processing medical bills, supporting cost containment efforts, and ensuring timely and accurate claim handling.

What You’ll Do
- Review medical bills for workers’ compensation claims and determine compensatability
- Submit approved bills to external review vendors daily
- Respond to provider inquiries regarding claim status and payments
- Process payments for internally managed expenses (e.g., transportation, case management)
- Coordinate and order durable medical equipment (DME) as needed
- Support cost-saving initiatives and maintain accurate claim documentation
- Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with workers compensation
- Medical Billing
- High school diploma or GED required
- Administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret and follow policies, procedures, and insurance-related documentation
