Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of civil litigation from pleadings through trial preparation
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Draft motions, briefs, and discovery responses
- Manage case strategy, deadlines, and compliance
- Negotiate settlements and advise clients on risk and exposure
- Collaborate with partners, paralegals, and litigation support teams
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Bar membership in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong writing and motion practice skills
- Federal court or appellate clerkship preferred
- Ability to manage multiple active cases independently
- Strong client communication skills
Salary : $120,000 - $155,000
