Dental Ceramist (Mid, Master Levels)
Location: Chandler Arizona
Schedule: Full-Time | In-Lab Position | 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Compensation:
- Mid-Level: $75,000/year
- Master-Level: $98,000-$150,000/year

Position Overview
We are seeking Mid and Master-Level Ceramists to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to train and work directly under our Master Ceramist, gaining experience with high-end cosmetic and veneer cases.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate, finish, and glaze ceramic restorations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Work primarily on veneers and esthetic restorations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve consistent, high-quality results
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Communicate effectively with peers and management
Qualifications
Mid-Level Ceramist:
- 2–5 years of experience in dental ceramics
- Skilled in Zirconia, E-Max, porcelain layering & build up, and veneer work
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of esthetics
- Ability to manage complex cases independently
- Portfolio or case photos highly preferred
Master-Level Ceramist:
- 5 years of advanced experience in dental ceramics
- Expertise in Zirconia, E-Max, porcelain layering, and veneer work
- Proven ability to manage complex esthetic cases independently
- Excellent attention to detail and artistry
- Portfolio or case photos highly preferred
