Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid – 2 Days In-Office / 3 Days Remote)

We are looking for a proven staffing agency recruiter who knows how to run a full desk, move fast, and deliver results.

What You’ll Own
- Run a full recruiting desk across temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hire
- Manage multiple open roles across various industries and markets
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates quickly and effectively
- Build and maintain strong pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Drive new business through client outreach, relationship building, and networking
- Partner closely with clients to deliver high-quality candidates with speed and precision
- Represent the company professionally across platforms and networking opportunities
What You Must Bring
- Recent staffing agency recruiting experience (required – within the last 2 years)
- Full-desk experience including recruiting business development
- Proven success in high-volume recruiting and fast placements
- Strong sourcing, screening, and closing ability
- Experience recruiting across multiple states/markets
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by results
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
