This position involves managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both applicants and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various channels
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Screen applicants to assess qualifications and fit
- Post job openings on appropriate platforms
- Maintain clear communication with clients and candidates
- Support onboarding processes for new employees
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Qualifications
- 2years experience in recruitment
- Must be bilingual English / Spanish
