Building Our Local Market in Northern Florida
We are developing our brick-and-mortar presence by partnering with health-conscious and beverage-loving businesses throughout Northern Florida. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, establishing new accounts with retailers, and overseeing the entire sales process from beginning to end.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Local Sales Advisor to cultivate and expand the North Florida Territory for the wholesale and retail distribution of bottles and kegs.
Target Clientele
Our focus includes:
- Kava bars
- Breweries
- Health food stores
- Restaurants
- Resorts
- Hotels
- Grocery stores
- Gyms/yoga studios
Specific job duties include:
- Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
- Cold calling on the phone and in-person to all sorts of business, daily.
- Creatively getting past the gatekeeper, asking for the decision-maker, and asking
for the sale.
- Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with
existing and potential customers.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to
new and existing customers.
- Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through
the creation of suitable marketing materials.
- Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
- Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings,
training workshops, and industry events.
Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ambitious, Self Starter, Positive Mindset
5-10 hrs a week and opportunity for pay increase within 30days.
Job Type: Part-time
