Tallgrass Freight Co. is looking to partner with experienced Freight Brokers who are seeking a remote and commission-based freight sales opportunity. Our Freight Agents have the freedom to be their own boss receiving a high percentage split, mentoring and back office support.
Responsibilities:
- Your own shipping customers; maintain & develop your existing accounts and prospect for new accounts
- Professional collaboration and coordination with shippers, carriers and dispatchers
- Tracking and documenting relevant activities
Agent's Receive:
- High percentage splits (uncapped commissions)
- Back office support
- Access to a qualified leads database
- Access to ~10,000 carriers with fast set-up of new contract carriers
- Full visibility to your shipments, carrier costs, customer costs as well as your commissions

Requirements:
- Experienced freight broker
- Established and portable book of business
- Entrepreneurial mind set with a desire to maximize income on a commission basis
