Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage litigation cases from start to finish.
- Assist senior attorneys in ongoing cases.
- Interview clients and screen new cases.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
- Handle extensive client communication and provide legal guidance throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland or Virginia (multi-jurisdictional licensure is a plus).
- Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive attitude towards case management.
- A passion for client interaction and providing high-quality legal representation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
