Experienced Painter

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality painting services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will ensure surfaces are properly prepared, coated, and finished to meet client specifications and safety standards. Duties

• Prepare surfaces thoroughly through cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and surface repairs to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
• Apply paint using various methods including brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (conventional and airless), and construction spray painting techniques
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers, and scaffolding or ladders safely and effectively
• Conduct surface preparation for renovation projects by removing old paint, patching holes, and sanding rough areas
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste properly after each project

Experience

• Proven experience as a professional painter. MUST KNOW HOW TO USE A SPRAYER
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools (including airless paint sprayers), scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment necessary for construction painting tasks
• Knowledge of various coatings such as primers, sealers, stains, lacquers; experience with industrial painting or specialized coatings is a plus
• Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques specific to construction painting surfaces including plastering and masonry work

Pay: $14.00 - $23.00 per hour
