Job Description
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm; Friday, 7:30 am – 12:00 pm
- Perform detailed neurological histories and focused physical and cognitive exams
- Order, interpret, and integrate neuro-diagnostic studies into patient management plans
- Manage common neurological conditions (e.g., migraine, epilepsy, neuropathy, movement disorders) under physician supervision
- Provide patient and family education on disease processes, medications, and lifestyle modifications
- Document encounters promptly in the Athena Practice EMR and ensure continuity of care across settings
Preferred Qualifications and Requirements
- Current Florida APRN license and national board certification
- Prior neurology exposure preferred; new graduates with strong interest in neuroscience encouraged to apply.
- Excellent clinical reasoning, patient-centered communication, and team collaboration.
- Enthusiasm for life-long learning and commitment to evidence-based practice
