JOB SUMMARY:
At the highest level, must have an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and committed effort to perform their job in an ethical and proper manner. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, coordinating with healthcare leadership, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include performing initial patient screenings and analyzing any test data while working with the team of nurses and physicians to provide the best care possible. The candidate will deliver medical care to a wide variety of patients and provide guidance or counseling for patients with critical conditions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations
- Update patient records and update information to ensure accuracy during each patient’s appointment
- Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
- Deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity
- Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, counseling, and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions
