Summary
Responsible for ensuring fast, friendly, and courteous service to every customer. Serves as a working Supervisor who runs the service delivery of food and beverage during a scheduled shift.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises the Dining Room Host, Busser, Lead Food Server, Food Server, Room Service Server, Room Service Operator and Concession Attendant. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education And/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; one to three years supervisory experience in a hospitality environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have knowledge of basic restaurant cashiering procedures, tray service and beverage ingredients. POS experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of Arizona State Liquor Laws - Title 4 and/or Arizona Alcohol Awareness certification a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a Maricopa County Food Handlers Card.
Computer Skills
Must be computer literate and have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience using InfoGenesis preferred.
Other Qualifications
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to get along with co-workers and be a team player. Must present a cheerful and friendly personality and a well-groomed appearance at all times. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

- Ensures excellent customer service for every guest, every time
- Responsible for scheduling of Food/Beverage personnel in respective restaurant outlet.
- Helps with all receivables on a daily basis, storing and inventorying of product from vendors.
- Responsible for ordering of all Food/Beverage supplies for respective restaurant outlet.
- Verifies validity of casino complimentary slips for the food and beverage check.
- Maintains and instructs assigned personnel on safety and health standards, policies and procedures and follows up to ensure hazards are eliminated.
- Ensures that designated work areas, flatware, glasses, dinnerware and other used to serve customers are free from hazards (i.e. chips, breaks, cracks, liquid on floor, etc.).
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Credit Card Compliance requirements commonly known as PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance by attending training provided by Casino Arizona, at least once a year or more if required by management. Signature verification of course attendance will be required.
- Responsible for the enforcement of PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance regulations to protect card holder data and adhere to the standards to protect the guests’ private card information. This includes, but is not limited to, observing and reporting inappropriate card handling activity, of either customers or by employees, as defined by PCI.
- Responsible for the enforcement of all applicable regulations, under the code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, as it pertains to this position. This includes, but is not limited to, observing and reporting suspicious activity, of either customers or employees, as defined in the Code of Federal Regulations.
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all applicable regulations under the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, by attending Title 31/Anti-Money Laundering training,
