Training Team

Description

We’re looking for talented and experienced restaurant professionals to become Corporate Trainers as we expand across South Florida and beyond. This is a full-time position with travel opportunities and company-covered expenses for transportation, lodging, and meals. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in a high-volume fast-casual setting, strong communication skills, and proven ability in either FOH or BOH roles. Trainers will play a key role in training new hires, supporting operations, and representing the brand at new store openings. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Travel Requirement

• Willing and able to travel across locations (primarily South Florida, with potential future expansion nationwide)

Tech Comfort

• Comfortable using tablets and digital training platforms (e.g., Opus)
• Capable of guiding others through digital modules and daily checklists

Experience:

Restaurant kitchen experience: 2 years (Required)
