Talisman Roofing is growing fast and we’re looking for driven, high-energy individuals who want to build real income and master sales.
This is not a desk job. This is an opportunity to learn high-ticket sales, work directly with homeowners, and earn uncapped commissions in a recession-resistant industry.
No roofing experience is required — we train the right people.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with homeowners for roof inspections (we train you)
- Educate customers on storm damage & insurance claims
- Present solutions and close deals
- Work in storm-affected neighborhoods with high demand
- Represent Talisman Roofing professionally and confidently
What We’re Looking For
- Competitive, motivated, and coachable individuals
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable talking to people face-to-face
- Desire to grow income through performance
- Reliable transportation
- Sales, athletics, fitness, hospitality, or customer service background is a plus (not required)
