Hybrid BCBA | Center or In-Home | Lakeland, FL Responsibilities:
- Lead functional behavior assessments to identify client needs.
- Develop and manage tailored treatment plans.
- Supervise behavior technicians and support staff in delivering care.
- Review client data and recommend treatment adjustments.
- Engage with families and team members to coordinate care and ensure quality services.
Hybrid BCBA | Center or In-Home | Lakeland, FL Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Active BCBA certification recognized by the BACB.
- Licensure in the state of Florida if applicable.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
